VOLUNTEERSWould you like to become one of our buddies? - this is a really vital role, enabling our counsellors to work in the building after office hours. It would be helpful if you could work 3 hours on the same day each week (normally 5-8pm). You will meet our clients at the door and show them to the waiting room. Whilst the Counselling sessions are being undertaken you can choose to either help us out with some extra administrative work or relax and watch television or read. Additionally, we rely on volunteers to provide a support service to our counsellors when our offices are closed
COUNSELLORSWe have some vacancies for fully qualified volunteer counsellors. As a minimum you must hold a Diploma In Counselling and be available to provide 3 hours counselling each week plus attend weekly supervision.
